Lenders.
Do you want to close loans
in the fastest growing loan program in the mortgage industry today? If
so, Reverse Mortgage training is necessary.
These
loans are directed to seniors age 62 and above. The number of Reverse
Mortgage loans backed by the FHA between 2000 and 2006 has increased 10
fold. More than 76,000 seniors obtained a Reverse Mortgage through HUD in
2006, compared to only 6,637 people in 2000.
The
current mortgage market conditions reflect a very soft traditional
refinance and purchase market. To continue closing the number of loans you
have in the past or to increase that number will require you to become
trained on specialized loan products. We offer that to you through training
on Reverse Mortgages.
The
short application will follow this information. You will be required to
take the course material and then be tested on that material. The test is
comprised of 25 questions and you will have 12 minutes to complete. You
must achieve a score of 70% or better. You will then be certified on
closing this loan product and placed in our database with that designation
for Title Companies and Lenders.
