The Title Companies and Lenders that will offer you jobs require:
1) Your Resume
2) A Copy of Your E & O  Coverage Policy Declaration Page
3) A Copy of Your State Notary license 

You can scan and upload these Documents to Signing Agent Plus via the Following Form.
Best Format is .PDF, .jpg is acceptable, but not recommended. If you don't have the ability to convert to .pdf, most copy shops, Office Max, Kinkos, etc. can scan your pages to .pdf and provide you with a CD from which you can upload.
