Becoming a Member

If you currently are a Signing Agent there are two important considerations for you. Do you want to close more loans and do you want to protect the loans you are now closing? Title Companies and Lenders are looking for trained and certified Signing Agents. Whether it is closing a standard loan or one of the unique loan products on the market today, becoming certified in these loan products will put you way ahead of the game in today’s marketplace.

If you are a new Signing Agent or wanting to become one, the best way to place your name in front of Title Companies and Lenders is to become certified in closing standard and unique loan products.

Whether you have closed zero loans or 1,000, you need to take the training, test out of the training and become certified on various loan products. Once this is accomplished you will be placed in a database that will give you exposure to 100’s of Title Companies and Lenders as a certified Signing Agent.

Pricing for our Platinum membership for the first year is $99, this includes the course training, exam, certification and listing in the database for Title Companies and Lenders. You can pay for the first year either by debit or credit card at the end of this application. You are allowed to take the exam twice free and any subsequent tries will be $50 per exam. Refer to the course outline tab for an overview of the material that is covered for our platinum membership.

Pricing for our Gold membership for the first year is $79, this includes the course training, exam, certification and listing in the database for Title Companies and Lenders. You can pay for the first year either by debit or credit card at the end of this application. You are allowed to take the exam twice free and any subsequent tries will be $50 per exam. The course material for our gold membership is limited to a discussion/presentation of all loan documents that you will see in a typical loan closing package. 

Pricing for our Silver membership for the first year is $39, this includes listing in the database only for Title Companies and Lenders.

If you are a seasoned Signing Agent and feel that you have received training in the past that qualifies you to bypass any course training, then you have the option to take the certification exam only. Pricing for the certification exam is $59 and you are allowed to take the exam twice and any subsequent tries are priced at $50. Specialized loan products are priced at $59.00 and include the course material, testing and then being included in the database for Title Companies and Lenders. 

The exam for Platinum and Gold members is comprised of 50 True/False and Multiple Choice questions. You may refer to the course material during the exam. However, the exam is timed at 25 minutes in length. Successful completion of the exam is a score of 75% or higher. You must successfully answer 38 or more of the 50 questions. You will be directed to the exam site at the conclusion of the course material.
